The firm is highly specialized in both commercial and corporate matters.  Besides assisting local and foreign clients in incorporating legal entities (representative offices, branches, and/or commercial companies) in accordance with the Albanian commercial law, the firm has also advised in large and complex transactions, involving a cross-border perspective. 

Advice on competition is also at core of the firm's activities.  Among other things, the firm has worked closely with the Albanian government during the drafting of the competition law.
